It was with great consternation that the Organising Committee of Rali Vinho Madeira (RVM) received the sad news of the passing away of Dr. Constantino Lopes Palma, former president of Instituto do Vinho da Madeira, one of the main supporters of the partnership between the Rally and the Madeira Wine brand.

Dr. Palma has always been a supporter of that partnership and of a close connection of the image of this international event and the promotion of Madeira Wine.

On the eve of another edition of our / his Rally, we remind the good moments of familiarity and good humour shared with him.
