Alexandre Camacho satisfied. Competition hard at work
When passing by Service Park B, after the 2.nd section of Rally Vinho Madeira, Alexandre Camacho was “satisfied with his car’s behaviour. We only did small adjustments. In the afternoon, we might get some rain in the North Coast, but we will not think about that until we reach the next Service Park.
On the other hand, the drivers standing behind him have shown, in most cases, some discontentment with their cars’ behaviour. Giandomenico Basso regretted not having at his disposal “the vehicles tuned to the settings we are accustomed to use in Italy. Little by little, at the Service Parks, we will be working towards that”.
Having reprogramed his Hyundai I 20 R5, Miguel Nunes did not complain about “not understanding why the car isn’t exhibiting the same manner of doing curves as it had during tests. We are working with our engineers so that we can become more competitive in tomorrow’s stages”.
