The best possible result
Miguel Correia returns to the Rali Vinho da Madeira with a Skoda Fabia Rally2 Evo. His goal is "given the previous participations, in which I didn't get a good outcome, to try the best result possible. Our main goal is to think about the CPR and try to consolidate our second position in the championship. Our ambition is great and we want to improve. However, this is a very competitive rally and demands perfect knowledge. We were in Faial and worked on a better tuning of the car. Anything can happen. We will manage the race in the best way".
Miguel Correia, 30 years old, started in rallies in 2017 with a Renault Clio R3 Maxi. Since then, he has been behind the wheel of a Ford Fiesta R5, Skoda Fabia R5 and, since 2021, with his current car. He was the 2018 FIA ERT Iberian Rally Trophy ERT3 Champion and took his first victory in the National Championship this year at the Terras d'Abobreira Rally. He is second in the Portuguese Championship of the sport.
