The latest entry form to reach the organisers of the 2018 TER - Tour European Rally, ahead of Round 4 at Rali Vinho da Madeira, comes from a strong local driver.
João Silva, who finished 3rd overall in the 2017 edition of the event driving a Citroën DS3 R5, will return to action in Funchal with the same car, codriven by Victor Calado.
