Two time FIA European Rally Championship title winner, four-time Rali Vinho da Madeira winner and last year's Tour European Rally Series title winner, Giandomenico Basso has just finished 7.5s behind the Rally di Roma Capitale winner Alexey Lukyanuk.  The challenge for the victory is a reminder to everyone that, independent of the vehicle he drives, Basso shines in talent and speed.
