He made his last competition nine months ago, but is the current regional champion and will make a strong bet in the 20145 edition of Rali Vinho Madeira (RVM).
Miguel Nunes will drive a Ford Fiesta R5, with João Paulo, and the goal is to foght well on the road to be faster than his rivals.

“We are aware that we have a very good car that gives us the assurance of fighting for the victory. So, we will do our best to do a good rally”, stressed the driver who is still adapting to the car: “We had a first contact with the cat in mainland. Though the roads are different from ours, we were able to see it is excellent and above our expectations.”

In 2014 edition, Miguel Nunes was second, his best ever. Will we be able to do better this year? The driver points out the strong and weak points to manage over the rally.
“We have the advantage of knowing well the road, but we don't know the car as well, so it will be only during the race that we will be able to compare to the others, as we are facing a very strong set of rivals, with good cars”, warned the madeiran driver, one of the most cherished on the road:

“It is always good to feel the support of the fans and I must stress that we are felling it since the moment we said we wished to take part in this rally. So we must expect a lot of support during the event.”

Miguel Nunes finished the RVM 2014 in 2nd place
