National rallies champion wants to finish as good as possible and to know better the car

Pedro Meireles is enthusiastic when facing his participation in another Rali Vinho Madeira. Current national rallies champion is driving a Skoda Fabia R5 since May, a car that driver had the chance to test in Rali de Santa Cruz e Machico having in mind the top regional event.

"I enjoy very much this rally and I want to finish as good as possible, but the main goal is to know still better the car. I have a new car, that has already shown it is competitive, but I am still adapting", Pedro Meireles told RVM official site.

The driver born in Guimarães stresses the competitivity of 2015 edition. "I am sure there will be a big fight for the top places as the drivers inn the best positions of the National Championship are in Madeira along with very good local drivers", he aknowledged, naming the main candidate to victory. "There is no doubt it is Bruno Magalhães for his experience in thir rally, but we must pay attention to Miguel Nunes and Alexandre Camacho", he added.

Pedro Meireles highlights the new cars of Miguel Nunes and Alexandre Camacho and the great knowledge both drivers have of the madeiran roads.
"They can perfectly fight for the victory as they short knowledge of the cars will be fullfilled by their experience", he concluded.
