The team Alexandre Camacho/Pedo Calado is once again in Rali Vinho Madeira with “very high expectations, having in mind last year's performance”.

The ambition joins the madeiran drivers, who want to drive the Peugeot 208 T16 R5 on a success path and, if possible, reach higher levels, without leaving the road: “A podium is always a good result. An excellent result would be the victory. We have the dream we will win Rali Vinho Madeira one day, but for that all the factors must be perfect - driver, codriver, car and team, no one can ake a mistake so that we can have such a high dream.”

The current regional champion team promises "to do its best" to reach the goals. “And when this happens we feel happy for sure no matter what the result is”, stresses Alexandre Camacho.

As main hurdles on the way to the finish, Team Vespas driver points “an entry list with several good candidates to the victory” and also the “lack of competitive pace”.

This year, Alexandre Camacho and Pedro Calado are not competing regularly, theu only did Rali do Faial, to get pace and to improve their knowledge of the car. “We still had a few things to try to improve in the car, let us hope everything will be right for the race. We want to go as good as we can and it means to be always among the top places”, Said the regional champion.
