The President of Madeira Regional Government,  Miguel Albuquerque, welcomed on Wednesday, in Quinta Vigia, members of the RVM Organizing Committee, sports authorities and guests in Maeira to watch 2016 edition of the Rally.

During the welcome party, held at the official residence late in the afternoon, the President Government had a chance to meet the people in charge of Tour European Rally - TER.
