The Board Directors of Club Sports Madeira and the Organising Committee of the 2018 Rali Vinho Madeira (RVM), informs that, due to the established days of the week set for maritime transport by ferry, scheduled for each Wednesday, forced the program of the event to comply with the new arrival and departure days of the Ferry at the port of Funchal.

Thus, after discussions with the entities involved as well as the carrier, it was decided to change the days of the 2018 RVM, for 3rd, 4th and 5th of August (Friday, Saturday and Sunday), in order to allow for the disembarkation of vehicles on Wednesday, August 1st, and the embarkation on Monday, August 6th.

This resolution, which we hope will benefit and encourage a greater attendance and spectating in general, since it will take place during the weekend, was communicated to FIA and FPAK Sporting Entities plus the Regional Government of Madeira, followed by, of course, also to all the other participants and sponsors of the event.

Thank you for your understanding with regards to this last minute change. In due course, the Organising Committee will publicise the new program and schedule for RVM 2018.
