The current leader of the Madeiran Championship in the RC3 group, Bruno Fernandes declares that “so far, a positive outcome [has been achieved]. We started the season with three victories in the first three legs and came up second on the fourth. Unfortunately, at the last race we ended up giving up, due to an electrical problem, when we were, again, in second place. For the rest of this year, we only want to finish the two missing rallies at the top three of the group so that we can become champions amongst those racing on cars with two driving wheels”.

Almost at 34 years of age, Fernandes debuted in rallies around a decade ago and, having always been one of the pilots who disputed the top pole positions at the echelons in which he raced, he holds titles from the RC4 group and from the 2015 and 2018 editions of the Eng. Rafael Costa Trophy.
