How is the Portuguese Rally Championship going?

Also due to the delaying and cancelling of events, only two rallies, out of seven scheduled in the national calendar, took place. The first, which took place in February, was the Serras de Fafe and Felgueiras Rally, of which Armindo Araújo came out the winner, this year driving a Skoda Fabia R5 Evo. In second place, and even though he faced some difficulties, came Bruno Magalhães, while the lowest place at the podium was occupied by Ricardo Teodósio, after the national champion showed a rhythm lower than last year's.

By the beginning of July the Rally of Castelo Branco took place and, there, it was Armindo Araújo who won and the podium positions were kept, since Bruno Magalhães took the Hyundai i20 R5 to the second position, while Ricardo Teodósio came in third. The fourth place went to Pedro Meireles who gathered his first result of the year and, after some difficulties, José Pedro Fontes fell to the seventh pole position and is now standing in a place that urges the gathering of better classifications in order to recover from his disadvantage in the championship.
