Miguel Nunes is leading the first Special Stage, Campo de Golfe, of Rali Vinho da Madeira, and is the leader of the competition organized by Club Sports da Madeira. The driver of Skoda Fabia Rally2 Evo was faster 2,1 than Alexandre Camacho in a similar vehicle. Armindo Araújo, in another Skoda Fabia Rally2 Evo, had the third best time, 4,8 seconds from the leader.
The first special stage of the rally is being fought in difficult weather conditions, with most roads wet. In the following standings is Pedro Paixão, Bruno Magalhães, Ricardo Teodósio, Jan Solans, José Pedro Fontes, Miguel Correia and, from Azores, Luis Miguel Rego.
