The presence of the Peugeot Iberian Rally Cup in Rali Vinho da Madeira will become a new Iberian record in terms of the number of competitors in a mono-brand competition. The cup promoted by Sports & You will be disputed, in the organisation of Club Sports da Madeira, by 18 competitors in identical Peugeot 208 Rally4 vehicles. Creating a new and important pole of interest in the Rally caravan, the "trophy" will contribute significantly to the competitiveness of the event.

Rali Vinho da Madeira will see competition from Portugal's Artur Quintal, Ernesto Cunha, Guilherme Meireles, Hugo Lopes, João Silva, Luis Morais, Manuel Pereira, Pedro Antunes, Pedro Coelho, Ricardo Sousa and Vítor Sá, Spain's Alberto Melero, Aleksandr Semenov, Iago Gabeiras, Pablo Blanco and Sergi Perez and Estonia's Joosep Nogene and Kevin Saraiva.
