This morning, at the Police Department of Madeira, PSP, a meeting was held between the Safety Officers of the RVM and the Police commanders responsible for the different sectors of the competition.
The main goal of this meeting is to adjust work methods, reassuring that the competition will happen with maximum safety and following the regulations of FIA and FPAK. Both generic and specific issues were approached.
The RVM 2022 edition will have about 700 police officers, making sure there is a strong police presence. At the time, the Clerk of the Course, Pedro Araújo, has highlighted the cooperation and close relationship between the Organizing Committee and the Police Department.
