The Club Sports da Madeira Organization and the Town Hall of Ponta Sol signed a cooperation protocol within the scope of the Rali Vinho da Madeira 2022.
The document signed yesterday ensures a financial support by the council in the amount of three thousand and five hundred euros, for the accomplishment of the Special Stage of Ponta do Sol. The support also aims at the dynamization of touristic animation activities of the municipality. 
Célio Pessegueiro, Mayor of Ponta Sol, believes that "the passage of the Rali Vinho da Madeira through Ponta do Sol, not only makes our county known, but also boosts the local economy".
