Rali Vinho da Madeira is an emblematic event held in the Autonomous Region of Madeira and this year’s edition, the 59th, testifies the charisma of this car race that promotes the name of the Island and its famous wine around the world.

Santana Municipality is honoured to be part of this Sports event which attracts thousands of people and promotes the Northern Madeiran landscape.

Automobile races not only involves the participant teams as it counts with the local communities who usually gather alongside the roads of the island to watch the race cars going by and also follow the TV broadcasts about this event, which also promote the name of the Island and of Rali Vinho da Madeira abroad.

We are convinced that the support given by the City Hall of Santana is vital and brings a new dynamic to the local community, being also a good opportunity for restaurants and bars, since during these days the number of clients double.
