In order to be aware of the latest updates of the technical regulations, the Rali Vinho da Madeira's scrutineers had a training course with the FPAK assistant technical delegate Gonçalo Silva this morning.

"Most importantly, the aim is to have a good rally like Rali Vinho da Madeira has every year" he stated. 

The scrutineers' job is to check if all the rally cars meet the relevant technical regulations. "Our job is to guarantee that the FIA/FPAK technical regulations are being met and that no external influence intervenes in the competition", he explained.
