Consani's Citroen DS3 R5 painted in black as a tribute to the former Formula 1 driver Jules Bianchi

Robert Consani's DS3 R5 started today's Shakedown with a different look

"The black color is a way of showing my tribute to my big friend Jules Bianchi who, unfortunately, died on the 17th July after being nine monthes in coma", the driver told RVM site, confirming that he will run 2015 edition of Rali Vinho Madeira with his car fully black.

We remind that Jules Bianchi, Formula 1 driver, suffered a serious accident in the Grand Prix of Japan held on the 5th October 2014.

Six cars missed the scrutineering

In one of the areas of Centro de Exposições do Madeira Tecnopolo took place the scrutineering, marking and sealing of the cars entered in the three events of 2015 edition of Rali Vinho Madeira (RVM).
34 of the cars entered in the European Rally Trophy were checked. Did not show the Ford Fiesta R5 of the team Murat Bostanci / Onur Vantansever, the Renault Clio R3 of Isabel Ramos / Carina Barros, the Citroen C2 R2 of Ricardo Gonçalves / Artur França. These two latter teams asked to have the cars checked tomorrow, thursday.

Estão em curso as verificações técnicas às viaturas que vão participar no Rali Vinho Madeira com a presença de muito público no Madeira Tecnopolo para ver pela primeira vez as "máquinas" que vão participar na edição de 2015 da prova.

Administrative checks have begun

Administrative checks of the teams taking part in 2015 edition of Rali Vinho Madeira have started in floor -1 of Madeira Tecnopolo.

Besides the property document it is necessary to deliver the technical passport and all the documentation related to the teams entry according to the rules.

A organização do Rali Vinho Madeira (RVM) conta, todos os anos, com a colaboração de cerca de 1300 elementos na estrada. Se tivermos em conta, apenas os últimos 10 anos, pode-se falar de alguns milhares de colaboradores que, de forma desinteressada e cooperante, têm o seu nome ligado ao rali.

Estranhamos que, nos dias que antecedem o evento, surjam algumas queixas, por vezes recorrendo a expedientes (por exemplo cartas do leitor), nas quais são feitas reclamações públicas que não correspondem à realidade dos factos, e não são expostas no tempo e no local próprio.
