August is approaching and with it the most important automobile event of Madeira and certainly one of the biggest in Portugal.

Relying once again on the recognition of the International Automobile Federation, as an event that scores for the European Rally Trophy, for the Iberian Rally Trophy, and the Tour European Rally, Rali Vinho da Madeira is much more than a competition. It involves a large community, not only locals but also tourists, in an authentic sociocultural display that contributes effectively to our local and regional economy.

In addition to its media exposure, it promotes Madeira around the world, showing our fabulous landscapes, reinforcing the competitiveness and fame as a renowned tourist destination.

On behalf of the Regional Government I would like to wish all the best for the Organizing Committee, all the teams and for everyone who is directly or indirectly involved, hoping that the completion will be carried out safely, respecting each and every sportsmanship principle.
