Classic Cars open SS1 Avenida do Mar – CINM
The Super Special show right at the Centre of Funchal, and which, this year, received the new name designation of Special Stage Avenida do Mar – Centro Internacional de Negócios da Madeira (CINM) , in English being International Business Centre of Madeira (IBCM), starst 18:55 hours, with the parade of parade of classics at 19:00 hours
This year is also highlighted with the presence of Jean Pierre Nicolas, the first foreigner driver to win the then Volta à Ilha da Madeira, in 1967, with a Renault 8 Gordini. The French driver will make the journey the same vehicle he drove then, a Renault R8 1300.
Featuring is also José Anacleto Mendonça, who participated on two rounds of Volta à Ilha da Madeira, in 1976 and 1977, and will drive with the same car he used on his last round, the Fiat 127.
