Family ties bind Renato Pita to Madeira and for a first time in the region, he is competing in Rali Vinho Madeira. "I always wanted to come here, even before the rally to get to know the island, as a tourist, however the opportunity to participate in the Tour European Rally, and bearing in mind that Madeira is one of the rounds of the calendar of the Championship, I was so happy to come to this event.  Without a doubt, this is an excellent event, an excellent organization and a fantastic image globally”, he stressed.

Renato Pita and Marco M embark in this RVM onboard a Ford Fiesta R2. The driver will take advantage of the pace notes to see what this rally is all about. "I hope, without a doubt, the rally will be greatly contested, as it has been every year, the local drivers are always favorites, given their knowledge of the roads, and I'll try to do the best I can and continue the fight on the European Tour Championship Rally in the 2WD category," he said.
